Hi - have you ever heard of L-theanine - I took 2 after a bad night as usually a bad night follows much anxiety and NOT sleepiness like most people - it says it's for stress - if you are calm and take it you won't notice anything but if you are stressed with lots of anxiety I noticed a difference - you can take 1 or 2 bottle says - it is an amino acid and bought at healthfood store - it also has insobitol (not sure of sp) which is a B vitamin - I only take when I need it but it seems and not 100% sure that my sleep is deeper or longer when I take it before bed like around 7 or 9 pm - anyway, don't think it is harmful - ask your pharmacist if you are worried - did research it and can't find anything wrong about it.

Just thought I'd share.
