Posted by Marianne on January 28, 2000 at 19:58:05:I have been on Zoloft for the past four months at 150mg,about a month ago i developed tennitis ( loud ringing in the ears) this then turned into insomnia,, i have had insomnia for the past month, my doctor prescribed me zopliclone to help me sleep,, this leaves me feeling totally wired the next day...I have tried to go off the zopliclone, but so far this is day three without any sleep, i feel like im going nuts,, im tired but i lay there all night with my head buzzing,, i figure this started when i took the zoloft ,, so as of today im going cold turkey on the zoloft,, i never really needed it in the first place, i am not depressed , was just stressed out from work,, i will stay on the zopliclone until im withdrawn from the zoloft,, its day one and i feel fine,, but who know what will happen,, has anyone ever gone cold turkey and just quit ,, and if so, what happened? I was way better off before i was on any of these meds..
