Over the last few months its been one sleepless night after another, and I have very little energy and headaches that persist for days. I've never been one to take much in the way of medication, because I was once inadvertently overdosed by my physician. It scared the blank out of me. However in desperation I've tried Tylenol PM. It seems to be working and I feel more rested. Its been about two weeks since I started taking it. Is there any danger in taking the PM on a regular bases? I take it about every other night. The nights I don't take it there is very little sleep if any. I would like to take it every night, but, is it addictive? are there harmful side affects?
