Hi folks...anyone else with insomnia also a heavy smoker?
I'm still trying to quit smoking...try 6 a couple of weeks
ago left me with anxiety attacks, depression, insomnia.
I need sleep, I'm diabetic so I don't need cigarettes but
this all seems to be going in a circle. Any ideas? I take
two meds for a/d... tylenol PM for sleep (3 or 4 Hours)
