desperately seeking snoozin - 1st night results

YIKES!! fell asleep at about 4:30am, maybe 5:30.

designated bedtime late (about 11:45) only seemed to add to anxiety about sleeping. tried to follow book's relaxation techniques -- if there is a flaw in the book I'd say this is it -- if I could self-master this part I'd never had problems in the first place.

any encouragement from successful users of the program greatly appreciated (I'm hiding my Imovane until I can manage to fall asleep by myself!)
