No, even though insomnia has gotten a lot of people fired, including me, it is not considered a disability, no matter how serious. If you were depressed or anxious, you would be covered. The only sleep disorder that is considered a disability is nacolepsy.
I feel that something could be done about this, now that we can finally connect with one another. There must be something we can do, to make this considered a disability. I think it should be looked into.
