I remember reading some paper said that hereditation might play a part in insomnia, but insomnia often comes with some other things, who knows what we inheret. For my part, I always think my problem has something to do with my mom(she has a serious sleep poblem for a long long time), but I don't know if other people in my family have this problem too,maybe I'd do more research.:)
