There is a difference between staying up all night watching TV on purpose or have a chronic Sleep Problem. THe ADA would have to look into your medical records and talk to all your doctors to find out if the problem is real and how serious it is. They could also do sleep studies, to determine that you are not sleeping.
People could also fake depression and an anxiety disorder along with many other illnesses, but why would anyone bother unless their was a problem. It's to much trouble. There will always be people who will abuse the system, using many illnesses as an excuse. This shouldn't be a reason to not protect those who need it.
