Having studied Psychology myself I understand the problem of distinguishing between a learned response and a true genetic predisposition, nature or nurture, but I really feel as if its too much of a coincidence, the problem runs so far back in the family. I'm back on tablets now, and desperately trying to find an alternative, has anyone tried reflexology??
