Hi, guys, thank you all for these kind response, It's really helpful. Actually, I went to my doctor because I couldn't sleep well: hard to sleep, wake early and sleepy at daytime. I didn't think I had depression, but I did have some symptoms of depression,now I'm confused if I'm depressed or not. I've the same problem with Juan, I'd like to lying in bed reviewing the TV program I watched, the article I read, the letter I received and how to return and other things. I enjoyed this moment before it took too long to stop. I tried to count to sleep, but it makes me nervous, so I just continue my rehearsal before sleep.
