How is depression diagnosed. Does the doctor just randomly decide someone with sleep problems has insomnia or is there a test which indicates someone is depressed. If the depression drugs affect the amount of serotonin in your brain, is therea a blood test which quantifies the amount of serotonin in the blood stream.
