Posted by Amanda on April 17, 2000 at 09:11:45:I've been taking Tylenol PM's for the last two years so I can sleep. My new husband of 2 years can't sleep with the TV off, I can't sleep with it off. He snores incredibly loud, and wakes me up.
I found temporary help in Tylenol PM's (boy, did I love just laying there and waiting for sleep to take over), but lately I've found not only can I NOT sleep through the night, but I'm even more aware of noise now.
Does anyone know of any adverse effects in prolonged use of Tylenol PM? I've tried Valerian root, but it's not as effective, and even though I tell myself I won't take the PM's, I resort to them yet again after 3-4 hours of tossing and turning. I'd appreciate all the help I can find at this point, so....HELP???
