It seems many of us have the same problem. I went to see Dr. about my sleep problem, it turned out that I had depression, according to her. She asked me some questions, had me do some blood test to make sure I had no physical problem, then she asked me to take medicine. At that time, I really felt upset about my situation and hope to change it and taking medicine seemed a easy way.
As I said, I didn't think I had depression before(maybe I just don't know), I took my negative thoughts as granted(it grows with me). After the diagnostication, I began to look for information, try to control my emotion, do more exercise, go to bed regularly.I sleep better, but still up and down, the good news is I don't wake up in the middle of the sleep and I FELL good.
I've taken Zolfot for two and half months(50mg/day), my Dr. said that it's a light dose and I need to take at least 6 months. I just want to wait and see, I'd like to try some natural ways.
Regards
Mary
