I enjoyed your posting, even though I've never read the books...I'm just getting started with my research, but over the last 2 years it's gotten harder and harder for me to sleep; I used to be a deep sleeper, but since I've moved in with my fiancee', an incredibly loud snorer, I'm becoming overwhelmingly worked up about SLEEPING. And I enjoyed your comments about relaxing a little and letting it happen...thanks !
