Here is a book that help me when I was first diagnosed. It's titled, "Understanding Depression" (a complete guide to its diagnosis & treatment) by Donald F.Klein, M.D. & Paul H. Wender, M.D. Oxford University Press has it in paperback. It just may help you too.
