I do not have an anxiety problem; I do not have a problem falling asleep; I just awake too early in the morning, and sometimes have problems falling asleep again. I also feel fatigued during the day. I also don't feel depressed and don't have any reason to be depressed. If the depression is objective - due to some sort of chemical imbalance then perhaps I'm depressed, but if asked the question, I woul say I am not depressed. Thanks for any more advice you have.
