I just found this board today what a great resource! I have had insomnia for about six weeks now, I'm relatively a short timer comparitively. I visited my GP and he prescribed Buspar for anxiety and Ambien to sleep. I agree the Buspar is great for controlling the anxiety attacks.. But I too have trouble sleeping without the ambien. I will try foregoing the evening dose of Busapr and see if that helps.. Thanks David!
