My doctor told me to take Celexa in the morning because it is supposed to make you more awake. She also had me on Ambien. The Celexa didn't do anything but give me sexual problems and aggrivated my sleep. The Ambien is addictive so I had to give that up too. It will quit working after a while. I would recommend Remeron or Serzone. They are very sedating anti-depressants and you shouldn't need the Ambien with either of them. Good Luck.
