I disagree with you all about xanax----I take one .05mg each night and have for a long time. I sleep, which is wonderful and wake up refreshed. I do not have sleep apnea---I do agree this medication is addicting, however, if it isn;t abused and your liver is checked every once in a while, my doctor feels it is no worse than any other pill. I believe any pill is addicting, but so what if it works and i believe its no different than any other medication percribed by meds for other medical conditions.....
