I could not agree with Taylor more. Do not take XANAX for an extended period of time. It is very addictive. Insomnia is the symptom of an underlying problem so find out what the underlying problem is, solve that problem, and the insomnia will go away. Easier said that done. Stick with it, and you will beat the insomnia. Good luck.
