what is the cure for sleep apena?

I have posted here before, and have been told that I probably have sleep apnea. If I do go to a sleep clinic and find this out,what would be the cure for sleep apnea? I fall asleep very quickly, but awake during the night many, many times. Each time I wake-up, I am able to go back to sleep quickly. Thanks
