CPAP is the first choice. Some people have a problem with it so there are options. For mild apnea, there are oral appliances. There are also surgical procedures that will work if everything else fails. You should check out the Sleep Apnea forums and the Non-CPAP Options Forum for all the treatments for sleep apnea. It can have serious consequences if gone untreated.
