cant fall a sleep without meds

Hi i am knew too this fourm but i would like too share my story i started out with niquil and it didnt no longer work than i went too tyenolpm it stared not working than i used every drug there were without percripstion now i on ambien10 i have took it every nightfor the past 6 years i hade cancer 5 years ago and every time i would lay down that word cancer would go through my mind too the point too were i had too take something now i would klike too start sleepin on my own and i cant i dont what too do i cant live on medcine the rest of my life any body know what i can do.
