Which Book is Best?

Posted by Carol on July 21, 2000 at 00:48:34:

Hi. I posted further down the board re "My mind comes to life at bed time". I don't suffer from depression, and once asleep, I could sleep forever (well, not quite!). It's just the getting to sleep part!!!

Anyhow, my question is.....which book sounds more suited to my problem? The Desperately Seeking book or the Say Good Night...book?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks. Carol
