I havent been able to sleep for the past 3 days because of timezone change, now my hand starts to shake a little once in a while.Plus my head feels really bloated from time to time. Now is this normal? And is Insomnia a thing do be worried about? Please someone re-assure me about this i am very worried that this is serious.
