Waking up too early?

Posted by john on July 29, 2000 at 05:50:09:

I'm a chronic bad sleeper, but have had a good deal of success with Ativan (1mg most nights) over the past 6 months. It's helped me fall asleep and almost completely eliminated my night terrors (which were a frequent problem for me). My problem/question is this: I find myself waking up in the morning much earlier than I have to/want to...5:30 or 6am on days when I would have the luxury of sleeping later. Is there a supplement or any advice anyone can offer about how to sleep LONGER? What a delight it would be to make it to, say 8:30 or 9am on a Sunday morning! Any thought on extending my sleep just a couple hours would be greatly appreciated.
