Sure, it's worth a try on a Friday or Saturday night. But if you decide to use it long-term, you absolutely positivly have to get a kidney and liver functioning test right away. Seroquel can affect these functions, so you have to be certain your liver and kidney are all functioning well, now. Than as you continue the pill, you can check future tests against your original baseline tests.

By the way, you may want to consider taking the lowest dose possible at first...maybe even cutting the pill??
