Hi Roger, thanks for your reply. I have used valium, a low dose... you should have seen the fight I had to get it off my doctor, he thinks I'm taking it with prozac, but I'm not... I take it if I'm desperate, and I can still feel the fear through the drug! I don't like that either!! I fell asleep there doing my hypnosis tape there even during the bit where she's saying now wake up! I woke up when the tape went off. I don't have nacro, just this fight over sleeping at the moment, one half wants too, the other half doesn't.... thanks for your commments.. I was worried about the confusion bit, I worry that I have got dementia!!
