It scares me that someone suggested a sleeping pill (Sonata) to help you sleep longer based on the small amount of info you provided.
You specifically singled out weekends as a time that you would like to sleep longer. You say you wake up 5:30 or 6am, and would like to sleep longer. Is it safe for me to assume that you get up around 5:30 or 6am during the work week? If that is your usual wake time, you should not try and do anything artifical to get more sleep. That is just your sleep cycle and you would suffer poor consequences to artifically break it. If you would like to sleep longer eveyday of the week, than there are other strategies for shifting your sleep cycle. Or if you are just getting like 4 hours per night, and don't think it is enough, that is another story as well. Your initial message did not give enough details.
