Hi, Maryanna, have you ever tried amitriptyline (it's the generic of Elavil)? I've been taking it for >6 years and it's worked wonders for me;no side effects, it's relatively inexpensive, and it's impossible to develop a tolerance to it,since it's an antidepressant and not a tranquilizer.
I love biking too.I rode nearly 7,700 miles in 1999, and >4,500 miles so far this year.Feel free to e-mail me if you want to discuss either topic further.I'm 1 year younger than you.
