Thanks for the tip Mark. I have tried the amiltriptyline and it didn't work for me. I did not however give it much of a chance (one night). This whole sleep thing is pretty new to me. I had occasional nights where I'd wake up but nothing like this. What was an annoyance has turned into a problem. My doc has now tried cutting down on Serezone and adding Remerol which (guardly optomistic) worked the past few nights. Is your sleep back on track with the amiltriptyline?
I thought I loved to bike! You've got me beat. We have many trails and I love to get out in the summer . I do spinning in the winter which no matter how challenging is not the same as outdoor biking.
