Hi, Maryanna
Thanks for replying.I like to get 8 hrs of sleep a night, and with amitriptyline I often do, and nearly always get at least 6 hours. My problem isn't that I'm up worrying;I just think about all sorts of things.I feel like I can't get my brain to shut up and turn itself off! From what I've read, waking up too early is a sign of depression.Do you think that could be your case? It sporadically happens to me,too. I've never tried Serezone or Remerol.
Next topic, biking: You should log your miles every year.I've been doing so since 1984.I always try to improve on my previous year.Riding in hot weather really drains me of my strength. As long as it's not windy, I'd much rather ride when it's 40 outside then when it's 80.I've never tried spinning.Feel free to write back, or to e-mail me directly.
