See a medical doctor and preferably a psychiatrist if you can. A psychologist can help some with relaxation techniques, working out old issues which may have a role in sleep problems, etc. Herbs are great too, and can help a person get to sleep, but if staying asleep is a big problem, you may need to try meds. for a while at least.
Get a baseline feeling for your problem starting with a medical and psychiatric opinion.
