Tracie,
I agree whole heartedly with Rachel, Both books, Desperately Seeking Snoozin and Say Good night to Insomnia are the best guide's to sleep I've found. The only way to become drug free is to find other ways to handle the problem & believe me, you can't start to soon. I suffered for years with a sleep drug dependency until I took control making a committment to finding a way out. When I found this forum I found some of the best advice I would ever receive, which included these two books. So hang in there, do yourself a big favor, read the books and get started on a drug free wonderful nights sleep.
The books are available in Sandmans Sleepmall bookstore so you don't even have to leave your home to get them.
Good Luck, Lisa
