I don't think it should show up as a drug they'd test for; it doesn't have any narcotics in it or anything. However, they are not allowed to not hire you because you take an antidepressant; that would be covered by the Americans with disabilities act. In fact, whoever does the drug test shouldn't even be allowed to reveal that to the hiring people.

Good question though...I will use the ADA thing if it ever comes down to it, but I do wonder sometimes about how an employer would feel knowing about my medication. I think that the alternative is pretty clear though; they'd much rather have me on the medication than not.
