remeron/weight gain.

what a coincidence. i havn't been to this site in a while, probably because i have been sleeping better than ever lately. the problem is that i am taking Remeron and have gained about 20lbs!!! i am wondering if anyone knows how hard it is to lose the weight caused by this med. it really is dissapointing to have gained so much in so little time, because i haven't slept this well in years. it figures. and i was already 3o lbs ooverweight before this. I am going to stop the remeron tomorrow, and am so worried about not sleeping, but i truly can not gain ANY more weight. if anyone has experience losing weight caused by anti-deppresants and how hard it is to lose, i'd love to know. thanks.
