Zoloft and Fevarin

I'm 29 years old and take 50 mg Zoloft from 4 mounths.
It works very well for anxiety and depression but not very well for doc.
A friend of mine take 100 mg of Fevarin from 3 mounths but he told me that he feels only little better.
Is the case which he start to take Zoloft or Fevarin worked also for anxiety and depression?
