after having had serious sleeping problems
for the past yr, i've noticed weight gain
simply cos my energy level has plummeted and
i cannot maintain the same sort of athletic lifestyle that i'm used to. i'm trying to stay fit, but the lethargy from not sleeping seems to have definitely slowed down my metabolism.
or something like that...(i'm taking the imovane
before i go to bed; maybe that has something to do with it all).
