Nancy, I have complete empathy for your situation. I have been more of a transient insomniac by comparison. I don't believe I have ever heard of anyone getting as little sleep as you have. I am currently having a bout. You know how frustrating it can be. Last night I got no sleep. Finally at 4:45AM I got up and started writing down my thoughts. What amazes me is that there is nothing on the market that alters the chemical imbalance of the body, at least not to my knowledge.
