I sympathize with what you are going through right now. I've been there, and am here to say there is help and recovery is possible. You may benefit from a sedating antidepressant, and they are non-addicting. You need a professional who is specialized in sleep medicine. Check out your local sleep clinic or a psychiatrist with a sub-sepcialty in sleep medicine. Blessings to you!
