Lana..I tried Dramamine. It tends to make you a little groggy and somewhat sleepy, but I would rate it poor as a sleep remedy, for Chronic Insomnia. Although I have a friend who has occasional sleelessness and she says that if she takes one it puts her right to sleep....Everybody responds to mediacations differently. It cannot hurt to try it one or two nights....Hope
