I would recommend two books to you "Desperately Seeking Snoozin" and "Say Goodnight to Insomnia". They both offer drug free solutions to insomnia. They can be ordered on this site in the sleep mall or at your local bookstore or at Amazon.com The basic problem with insomnia is fear. It is that simple. Fear creates the insomnia and fear feeds the insomnia. Once you get passed the fear of insomnia, you will be on the road to recovery. Sometimes insomnia is caused from depression and anxiety. You would need to see a doctor about that but there are many insomniacs that aren't depressed or stressed or anxious about anything other than sleeping. Many people have had success with these books while some prefer different approaches. I wish you the best in whatever you decide. God Bless.
