Nancy,

My heart goes out to you. I pray that you will find some immediate relief that will at least bring you to the level where you can function.
Can you see another doctor?

Since you have been working 18 years at your job, is it possible to ask for a leave of absence so you can just focus on your health for a period of time?

Blessings!
