I feel the same way, ambein has helped. I started a week ago. I started by fighting sleep but would act strangely or not even remember. Now I go to bed about an hour after atking it. Fear of control lose is a big issue for me and the ambein helps that.also a very supportive husband who tries to stay awake or will let me wake him when I come to bed so I don't feel so alone. Insomnia is very lonely as you know. Someone there helps the fear of unconsiousness.
