I was on 15 mg. Worked great on sleep and it seemed that going to higher dosages actually worked less well to help me sleep (plus I got more headaches). I've been off remeron for 2 days, eating the same but already lost 4 #! I love getting the sleep but can't stand feeling fat. What dosage are you on an did you gain weight? Thanks!
