Responding to Sasha's message - I'm on a tortuous sleep restriction schedule imposed by my sleep doctor to try to reset my sleeping clocks. To date, it is still not working. I'm curious to know if you were generally able to sleep more than 4 hours a night before you were on ambien? And what was your primary sleep disorder at the time you began ambien?
