Congratulations Hopemaster........ That is fantastic and very encouraging news for me since I've been struggling in my attempts to taper off my medications, one medication at a time. I would be interested in learning how i could find a reputable expert that would perform these colonics in the Boston,MA area and do you think that health insurance would cover it. If not, how much would these colonic sessions cost? I am also interested in the supplement Sure Sleep that you mentioned in your post. My e-mail address is SMill82681's The side effects from the 10mg of ambien,50mg of elavil,150mg are really taking their toll on me.It seems every time that i start to experience a little success in reducing the ambien I begin to hit a rough patch of 0-2 hours of sleep for 2 days in a row.As a result I end up going back to the origial 10mg of ambien for fear of losing even more sleep. I work on an average 52-55 hours per week, so those 0-2hrs of sleep really kill me and the company i work for does not pay for sick time so i usually gut it out.Tough situation, but at the same time, i need the money and it only takes me 10 minutes to get to work. Your approach on tapering off the medications but at the same time not suffering serious sleep deprivation interests me and i look forward to adding another tool to my tool kit. God Bless Scott M
