Congratulations ! I am also a recovering insomniac
and such postings encourage me to think positively
I'm off mediactions for 3 months. Sometimes (once
or twice a month)when I have a bad day I take Remeron. Sleep restriction program did not work for me either, rather change in my diet and attitude. I would like to find out more about colonics method you used. If you wish e-mail me.
