Dear Hope Master, So glad to hear you have completed a successful taper. the operative word for a successful taper is SLOW. The slower the taper the less intense are the w/d's.

Please be careful about recommending alternative medical solutions. Your statement about colonic's;

Has absolutely no scientific basis and has no effect on the neurotransmitters. The only thing that helps is time as the neurotransmitters must heal themselves. Stick to your positive posts and leave the junk science alone. People are sufferring from depression as it is. To give the impression that somthing will work only builds false expectations and more anxiety when it doesn't and I know that is not your intent.
