Dear Anonymous...As with everything else in life there are always differences of opinion, especially when it comes to controversial issues.Yes the lininf is sloughed off daily but many toxic substances get buried deep into the mucous and remain. John Wayne had 44 lbs offecal material buried in his interstines when he died. He was a very big meat eater. I can only testify for the difference it has made in my life. For four years I had raging insomnia where I slept sometimes 10 hours a week. After my firstg colonic I slept without medication for the first time in four years. I have now been sleeping almost a month using no medication. My skin glows, I feel light as air, have no heartburn, and for the first time in four years I have reclaimed my body and feel alive and part of it again. So you can listen to those who have undergone colonics and say how wonderful they feel or you can listen to somebody who has never received one who only goes by the book. The choice is yours. Besides I will probably have a couple a year for the rest of my life, just for safekeeping. Sincerely, Hope
